The Echo: Permissions

The Echo within the game is a rather huge power that only a select few characters are granted within the realm; up to 3.1, there is a small handful of characters who can possess it. T'alabali happens to be one of them.
So what does this mean to me?
Tala here has the ability mainly to do two things as shown in her canon: understand any language clearly. This does not mean she can SPEAK the language; that she will need to learn like everyone else with hard work and study.
The biggest part of the Echo is the ability to see the past of others, usually triggered by an event and never controlled by Tala herself. Sometimes it can be something small such as a beggar woman getting food for her children or something along the battle at Carteneau Flats. Usually something or someone will trigger it and depending on how powerful the memory is, the more it will affect Tala herself. Normally she would be in a trance-like state, unable to be woken up until the vision ends. But a huge scale memory like involving something that pertains to the entire realm, she will pass out from it.
Sounds nifty...so what do I do if Tala gets triggered by the Echo?
While game mechanics make the Echo turn on at random, I will however keep this planned out. You would tell me any important memories your character has and what kinds of things would trigger them if Tala talked to them. For example, if she met a Persona character and sees their summoned being out, that in itself could trigger her to see the events leading up to the first time they called it out.
